Beginning Taiji (Tai Chi) is for beginners and those who want to deepen their practice. The class will teach the Yang Style Long Form from the beginning. Thursday evening 5 – 6PM at the Kiva in Stone Ridge, NY New students welcome all Thursdays in October, and thereafter on the first Thursday of each Month.
Qigong: Movement, Meditation & Meaning Class comprises all elements of this millennia-old Chinese practice: martial, psycho-spiritual and physical health. Thursday morning 10:30 – 11:30 at the Kiva in Stone Ridge, NY. and Saturday morning at 10 – 11 AM ON ZOOM ONLY
Last Screen Qigong: Winding Down for Better Sleep Calm the Mind, Release Tension, Regulate Breathing, Balance Energy Tuesday evening 8:30 – 9:30 PM ON ZOOM ONLY
Nature Qigong Embark on a journey that fuses the restorative powers of the Shawangunk Mountains with the ancient art of Qigong. Weather permitting. Monday 12:30 – 1:30PM Location determined each week.
Seed of Taiji An introduction. Dip your toe in the waters of this ancient art. Learn fundamentals; explore concepts, postures, energy and spirit of the form. For beginners, the curious and continuing students for perspective on postures and energy within and outside of the form. NOT BEING OFFERED AT THIS TIME.
