Thank you for coming to the BE TAI CHI website.  T'ai Chi Ch'uan (Taiji Quan) is an ancient Chinese martial art with many benefits and joys. You can improve your focus, balance, strength, stamina, and general well being.  Both Tai Chi and Qigong provide a respite from  stress on our mind, spirit and body. I invite you to come and "play" Tai Chi  and practice Qigong with our students of all levels and abilities.

BE TAI CHI offers classes in Tai Chi and QiGong in the Mid-Hudson Valley, at Yoga Yoga in High Falls and Stone Ridge Healing Arts in Stone Ridge, New York. We offer seasonal classes at the Mohonk Preserve and workshops at various spaces in the US.
