Thank you for coming to the BE TAI CHI website.  Tai Chi Chuan (Taiji Quan) is an ancient Chinese martial with many benefits. Tai Chi can improve focus, balance, strength, stamina, and general well being. Our Tai Chi and Qi Gong  can help reduce the effects of stress on our mind, spirit and body. To learn Tai Chi is to experience the unfolding of an art that reveals its full nature over time. I invite you to come and "play" Tai Chi  with our students of all levels and abilities. 

BE TAI CHI offers classes in Tai Chi and QiGong in the Mid-Hudson Valley, at the Marbletown Community Center in Stone Ridge, New York and outdoors at the Mohonk Preserve.
