Thank you for coming to the BE TAI CHI website. T'ai Chi Ch'uan (Taiji Quan) is an ancient Chinese martial art with many benefits and joys. You can improve your focus, balance, strength, stamina, and general well being. Both Tai Chi and Qigong provide a respite from stress on our mind, spirit and body. To learn Tai Chi or Qigong is to experience the unfolding of an art that reveals its full nature over time. I invite you to come and "play" Tai Chi and practice Qigong with our students of all levels and abilities.
BE TAI CHI offers classes in Tai Chi and QiGong in the Mid-Hudson Valley, at the Marbletown Community Center and Stone Ridge Healing Arts in Stone Ridge, New York. We offer seasonal classes at the Mohonk Preserve and workshops at various spaces in the US.
